The spotless room had a magnificent view.

Prime location, a short walk to old town and near medieval city. Helpful staff provided excellent recommendations. Spotlessly clean rooms and hotel. Great parking availability. Cozy and festive interior design. Spa area small but well-maintained.

Wonderful accommodation. Location is less than 5 minutes by taxi from the train station (which was cheap at ron 6-7) and a 10 minute stroll to the old city. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast; the food was delicious and the service was great. The bedroom was huge and very clean; everything you could need. The sauna and spa area was lovely and a welcome spot of relief from the snow outside. Highly recommended!

Initial room had no functional air conditioning, another room assigned, again the AC didn't work till next day. Room decor a liitle garish.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure in Sighisoara. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the citadel. My room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the citadel. The interiors and decorations were charming, with a lovely medieval touch. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the parking area was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable rooms.

Everything was great, location, looks, friendly staff, cosy rooms, friendly massage personnel. We will for sure come again.

Elevator does not go to the top floor where some of the suites are located.

The rooms here are bright, reasonably spacious, and come with a modern bathroom, a comfortable bed, and tea and coffee facilities.

Beautiful decor, quiet location, large room and a 'loo with a view'! Not many hotels have bathrooms with windows so we liked that a lot. Easy walk up to the old city.

We had previously stayed on this trip in more modestly priced/rated hotels and had received warm friendly and efficient service from them all, which was not quite matched by Binderbubi, but then this was a larger hotel than the others. We were VERY surprised to be asked to pay for a map of the area. And 4E - really?! We managed very well without.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room and common areas were elegant.
